Professional Conduct Policy

At Superior Thai Massage, we are committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and therapeutic environment for all our clients. Please be advised of the following
• No Sexual Services: We strictly do not offer any sexual services. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or comments of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be asked to leave the premises
• Respectful Environment: We kindly ask all clients to treat our therapists and staff with respect and professionalism. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any violation of this policy will be handled seriously, and we reserve the right to deny service to anyone who does not adhere to our guidelines.

Gift Voucher Policie
• Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended
• Redemption: Vouchers can be used for any massage service offered at Superior Thai Massage
• Vouchers are non transferable and must be presented at the time of booking
• Refunds: Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Online and In-Store Purchases: For online purchases, you will receive a digital voucher via email. Physical vouchers purchased in store are beautifully packaged for gifting.

Booking Policies
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a charge of 50% of the booking value
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full session time.

Health & Safety Policies
• Cleanliness: We maintain a clean and sanitized environment for your comfort and safety. All equipment and linens are disinfected or replaced after each session.
